Yobiki ("we") processes the personal data of individuals who shop on and visit yobiki.com in accordance with the TRNC Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 and, where applicable, the principles of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we collect?

• Membership: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and password (stored in encrypted form).
• Orders: delivery address, order details, payment method, and payment status. Your card details are not stored by Yobiki; they are transmitted directly to the payment provider Tiko.
• Website usage: IP address, browser information, and login records; with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why do we use your data?

• To receive, process, prepare, deliver, and handle returns for your orders.
• To send order and account notifications (by email).
• For security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
• If you have given your consent: to send promotional notifications, analyze website usage, and provide interest-based advertising.

Who do we share your data with?

• The store selling the product in your order (name, phone number, and delivery address — solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order).
• Shipping companies, the payment provider (Tiko), and email and hosting service providers.

• Authorized public authorities where required by law.

How long do we keep your data?

We retain order and invoice records for the legally required retention periods and your account data for as long as your account remains active. Website analytics data is retained for a maximum of 400 days.
